Items in stock will ship within 5 working days of the order date.
Deliveries only occur Monday to Saturday. Kamal Diamonds does not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays.
 
If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within 5 working days of the order, a Kamal Diamonds client service specialist will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your order.
 
Delivery time of Custom Orders will vary from order to order depending on the complexity of the request. Custom orders typically require 20-25 working days.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with the link to track your order. For any queries regarding the status of shipment, please reach out to us on WhatsApp

All deliveries require a person (at least 18 years of age) to sign the shipment on receipt.
